Built in 1969-70, this is an industrial building for the production of beef, pork and poultry. In its interior there were 3 halls for slaughtering animals, 6 corrals for cattle, a store for skins, a crematorium, offices and other facilities. The building has a circular floor, approximately 2,000 m2; the rooms were arranged in a circle around the central construction. Its structure is formed by arcades of reinforced concrete with brick roofs and is covered by vaults in Catalan style between the porticos.
Production ceased in the 1990s and the building currently incorporates the House of Youth. It is listed in the inventory of the patrimony of the Andalusian Institute of Historical Heritage.
