Parroquia Nuestra Señora de Fátima

The Parroquia Nuestra Señora de Fátima is one of the most recent places of worship in the municipality of Conil de la Frontera. It began to be built in 1960, finishing in 1962, on a plot of land of 800 square metres known as Pago del Carrascal. It is a construction of contemporary architecture with a building consisting of a single nave. It has a beautiful altarpiece where Nuestra Señora de Fatima has pride of place, which is carried in procession every 13th May, and is accompanied by the images of the Santísimo Cristo de la Expiración and Nuestra Señora Patrocinio, which are carried in procession on Good Friday.

Since its construction, this parish church has remained a point of reference in the district of El Colorado.
