Conil Fish Gastronomic Festival

The Gastronomic Day of Conil Fish is an initiative that was born in 2017.

The Jornadas Gastronómicas del Pescado de Conil is an initiative of the Organización de Productores Pesqueros Artesanales Lonja de Conil (OPP72) which was created in 2017, with the aim of highlighting the value of fish species that are less known to the general public, but highly valued by the artisanal fleet. These are usually species whose commercial weight does not match their culinary qualities and quality, but which are of high gastronomic value.

Since the start of these days, the Association of Young Restaurateurs of Conil, an organisation that brings together the restaurants and hotel and catering businessmen of the town, have supported us in its organisation. For one week the creativity of these chefs means that each year they present dishes ranging from the most innovative to those that preserve traditional recipes, those of a lifetime.
